Path of Blood - Demon at the Crossroads of Destiny

When a lone samurai sets his course towards the path of blood, unknown dangers and terror awaits. Will his great swordsmanship be enough to survive the treacherous demon lord and his minions? Path of Blood is a highly stylized paper animated short film that promises more paper cuts than you can handle.
The fantastic musical score was created by my good friends Many Birthdays! You can find more of their music here: www.manybirthdays.net

Eric, this is your neighbor Tony. The movie is badass. I love it. Well done.

The animation's almost as good as South Park animation (which, to be fair, I think is a great cartoon in its own way) and looks a bit like something I'd find at one of those festivals that show off the best stuff teenagers and teens make. Overall though, I found it interesting and funny. The only thing I might change is the flow of animation (not that I'd do a better job; I suck at animation, to be honest).

Did I hear correctly that you've joined the tgwtg team? If that's the case, then good for you. I've only seen 3 of your videos so far (incl. this one), but I think your productions have potential to become as great and popular as the best videos found on tgwtg (I'm predicting lots of awesome crossovers between you and Nostalgia Critic, Spoony and Cinema Snob). Keep experimenting, learning and improving and you'll do great.

Btw, I myself am starting out as an artist/entertainer and I was wondering if you could check out my 1st production at http://blip.tv/file/4974359 (don't feel obligated though). I'd love some feedback on your perceptions of it (since you've got a lot more experience than I do) and some opinions on how to improve in my next production.

Amazing!

You know about Kickstarter, right? Seems like your feature-length version of this is exactly the kind of project they love to showcase, and this demo is perfect for getting the project noticed and funded.

In fact, just earlier tonight I was wondering to myself if I might try to start a Kickstarter project to raise the funds to pay you to produce a video for this short tune... http://rob.lifford.org/ysay/ Let me know if you'd like to talk about that.
